I am so passionate and dedicated to helping those who are going through anything that’s affecting their quality of life. Life is way too short & there’s solutions to every problem!
From an early age, I developed a strong sense of empathy and an unwavering commitment to spreading joy, laughter, and happiness to those around me. This introspection led me to contemplate a profound question: How can we create an environment where everyone experiences genuine joy, love, and feeling heard?
This curiosity led me to complete my Undergraduate Degree in Sociology at Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Following this, my joy for making people feel good & smile led me to fall in love with Improv, where I studied at Second City and The Groundlings Improv School.
With success on the stage, I was recommended to go to Los Angeles to pursue my dream as an actress. The allure of the sun, sand, and doing what I loved seemed like a dream come true. However, amdst the glitz and glamour, I felt an unfulfilled void within me. Something essential was missing.
While I did enjoy the stage, my need for making people feel loved and valued was misdirected and it started with me.
For years I myself struggled with escaping feelings, distracting,
and avoiding. I had endless fears and anxiety. My fears ran my life (ironically the show). Externally I was trying to make people happy and loved, whilst internally it was the exact opposite.
I've faced countless adversities in my life, but I have always persevered. Through those experiences, I discovered the incredible power of embracing my true self. I let go of any limitations and stepped into authenticity, and it was truly a transformative journey that filled me with immense joy. Now, I am living passion- helping others live a life they absolutely love!
No matter where you are in life, you have the power within you to have the life of your dreams. My purpose is to assist you in finding your direction and unlocking your true potential.
